Lux IPTV Terms of Service

By using Lux IPTV, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lux IPTV website (luxeiptv.us), purchasing a subscription, or using our streaming service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, resellers, and others who access or use the service in the United States and worldwide.

2. Service Description

Lux IPTV provides an internet-based television streaming service that aggregates live TV channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and pay-per-view (PPV) events. We do not host, store, or distribute media files directly. All content is provided through third-party sources.

Our service includes:

  • 50,000+ live TV channels worldwide
  • 160,000+ movies and series on demand
  • 4K UHD, FHD, and HD streaming quality
  • Multi-device support (Smart TV, Firestick, mobile, PC, MAG, etc.)
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • 24/7 customer support

3. Subscription & Payment

All subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise. We offer the following plans:

  • 1 Month: $15 USD
  • 3 Months: $28 USD
  • 6 Months: $45 USD
  • 12 Months: $60 USD

Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, and Wise. All prices are in US Dollars.

Subscriptions are activated instantly upon payment confirmation. You will receive your login credentials via email within 5 minutes.

4. Account & Usage

Each subscription is intended for personal, non-commercial use on the number of devices specified in your plan. Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users may result in suspension without refund.

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription outside of an authorized reseller agreement
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our service infrastructure
  • Use our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
  • Stream content in jurisdictions where such streaming is prohibited

5. Reseller Program

Authorized resellers may purchase wholesale credits and sell subscriptions under their own brand. Resellers must comply with our Reseller Agreement and are responsible for their own customer support unless otherwise agreed.

Lux IPTV reserves the right to terminate reseller accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Refund Policy

All subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions that have already expired
  • Reseller credits that have been used
  • Requests made after the 30-day window

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, occasional maintenance, server updates, or third-party content provider issues may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

In the event of extended downtime, we may offer service extensions or credits at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and software related to Lux IPTV are the intellectual property of Lux IPTV or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lux IPTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content streamed through our service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
